Le Chateau de Villandry was built on the Loire river, France between 1519 and 1539.  Designed by and built for Jean Lebreton the Renaissance chateaux is surrounded by stunning gardens: over 120,000 plants--terraced on three levels covering 17 acres.   (Click picture).    Jean Lebreton also built the colossal Chateau Chambord.
