Tulip petals with a Dijon, melon, lemon dip.   Puree one cup of musk melon.  Blend three tablespoons of Dijon mustard with one tablespoon of lemon juice.  Blend Dijon with melon.  Salt to taste and place on freshly plucked tulip petals.  Pick petals just before they open so they will be crisp and not bitter.
