Constant flowering tuberous begonias flowers have a tart, lemony taste that makes them a good choice for salads, meat dishes, fish.  Try blending a half dozen in seasoned gourmet rice wine vinegar for flavor and color.  Grow in the shade, keep well watered. (more)
