Thyme comes in many flavors and
colors. Lemon thyme is my favorite for sprinkling into salads and
salad dressings.

| Wild Thyme, Thymus serpyllum, is a proven cough and
bronchitis remedy according to Commission E monographs. Traditional uses:
expectorant, carminative, to treat colic, kidney and bladder disorders, to
stem vomiting and treat diarrhea.
Standard dosage is one cup of tea before meals. Available as whole herb, in tinctures, cough drops. Wild Thyme is a temperate herb of Eastern Europe and Northern Asia. |
