There is a bar/restaurant in Teixois, nothing else for tourists except the medieval hydro powered machines.  Be certain to try the local fermented cider drink.  You have to eyeball and pour the cider from a bottle into a glass sitting three or four feet below: this carbonates the drink.  It's messy.  But there is plenty of water for clean up.  Below left hydro flour mill.
