Sweet grass (Hierochloe odorata (L.) A Native American friend of mine gave me a start of this sweetly fragrant grass.  I placed it in a metal tub to contain its explosive growth. It's great in a hot tub, sauna, sweat lodge.  In at tub, put a bundle fresh or dried in a sock or panty hose and immerse in the water...
	For sweat lodge put wet sweet grass on the hot stones.  Smudging with sweet grass invites the good spirits to visit you.  Change your luck and smudge with sweet grass.  Formula:  First chase off bad spirits by smudging with sage (left photo).  Then light up the sweet grass and receive the good spirits from the smoke as it courses over your body.  (More).
