|Immature pumpkins taste similar to zucchini. Pick, cut
in half, scoop out some of the center, grill or bake until soft, stuff
with favorite rice dish, or taco mix, meat, cooked vegetables, olive
pesto and salmon, the possibilities are endless.
Alternate method: Pierce pumpkin, microwave or bake until soft about 7 minutes at high in a microwave. In the oven, put them in a pan with some water, bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool, cut open and stuff. Reheat.
