Poison sumac, Rhus vernix .  Be careful when winter walking in open areas with shrubs--places like bogs, marshes.  One winter hike I fashioned a walking staff out of what was a poison sumac branch.  Pitiful mistake!  This plant has a pungent, distinctive odor, hopefully you never smell it on your hands.
