Pansies are versatile edible flowers.  They may be candied (see video:  Cooking with Edible Flowers and Culinary Herbs).  Grow plenty for salads.  STORAGE:  Store edible flowers in the refrigerator.  Use and air tight container.  A damp piece of paper towel (damp not wet) placed on the bottom of the container will keep them in good shape for three days.  Dry flowers in a food drier for longer storage.
