Nasturtiums flowers are the most versatile of edible blossoms.  Pungent, a sharp bite to the taste.  great in salad (below).  Delightful spread over the top of a pizza.  Go well with any savory dish.  May be dried for winter use in food drier.  try them stuffed with garlic flavored sour cream and cream cheese.
