Jim Meuninck:  Biologist, Counselor, and author of Herbal Odyssey as well as numerous Natural Health books, cds, articles and DVD's, has lived in four countries (Japan, Germany, Canada, US) documenting Ethnobotany on four continents. His interests include cooking wild foods with traditional flavor principles from diverse cultures--a fun and worthwhile pursuit.  Many of these recipes are included in the lostfood link and in his three books on edible wild plants and medicinal plants. Jim's wife, Jill, a secondary Spanish teacher, assists in research. Rebecca, their daughter is an Environmental Anthropologist, completing her doctoral program in Brazil (BS U. of Michigan, Doctoral studies Michigan State University) and works for the Ecology Center in Ann Arbor Michigan.
