Exercise is a daily component of a long healthy life.  Here, in a nutshell, is a exercise regimen that-- if you are not performing at this level--you should feel guilty.  You do?  Good!  It is time to start taking care of yourself.

Basic Tenets:

  • Exercise daily unless excessively fatigued, injured or sick.
  • Walk at least two miles 4 times a week.
  • Lift weights twice a week.
  • To avoid boredom mix biking, paddling, basketball, cross country skiing, golf (walk), hiking and other activities into your regimen.
