Basic Tenets:

  • Exercise daily unless excessively fatigued, injured or sick.
  • Walk at least two miles 4 times a week.
  • Lift weights twice a week.
  • To avoid boredom mix biking, paddling, basketball, golf (walk), hiking and other activities into your regimen.
