Pinks, Clove pink.   Pictured left and below left is Dianthus gratianopolitanus, rather bland, semi sweet, not as good as the clove pink.

 

My favorite edible dianthus is the clove pink, purchase it at herb shops everywhere. 

Beautiful on a plate.  Looks like a Japanese Origami stork. Garnish around savory dishes, along the edge of the plate.  Also, good over deserts, blooming in season with strawberries.
