Cinquefoil, Potentilla erecta. leaves may be brewed into a medicinal tea. Roots of P. anserina ssp. pacifica were eaten cooked, or dried and cooked by Native Americans of the Northwest. Root are prepared by steaming in a cedar box. Try steaming them with kelp. |
